Speed, agility, and quickness (S.A.Q.) is essential to athletic performance. TMI Sports Performance offers S.A.Q. training for the following athletic groups:

  • Football
  • Baseball/Softball
  • Soccer
  • Youth

Detailed pre- and post-assessment (dependent on specific sport)

  • Sprint speed

  • Hip and core stability, strength, and power
  • Knee/ACL injury prevention screening
