What was the hardest part about coming back from your injury?

The hardest part about coming back from the injury I had was sitting out while having to watch my friends and teammates compete and have fun.

What was the best part about going through this?

The best part of this experience was learning more about this field and meeting new people that helped me through this process including Dr. Meister his assistance and Daniel Evans PT.

Who is your role model?

A role model being someone one looks to imitate for various reasons. Personally, I have more than one role model to name a few: My Mom and Dad because of their work ethic and constant love,

Any advice you would give to other people trying to rehab from their injuries?

FOCUS! Do every repetition of every exercise and ask questions. If one learns the motion to strengthen a certain area but does not know why it helps to strengthen that area it does little good.

How was your experience at TMI Sports Medicine?

Great, everyone was very clear about what was happening at all times and supported my recovery with my best interest mind.

What are your future goals?

Graduate High school with honors. Go to college, play ball, and stay healthy
