What was the hardest part about coming back from your injury?

Hardest part was getting my body back into the shape it was in before surgery.

What was the best part about going through this?

The best part was that it made me appreciate the game of baseball more, being out for a year it taught me to appreciate every early morning practice and to not take things for granted.

Who is your role model?

My role model is Derwood Penney or “Pops”

Any advice you would give to other people trying to rehab from their injuries?

My advice would be to not take any reps off do all of your sets the right way with full effort because in the end it will pay off. Don’t cheat yourself or you will only hurt yourself in the long run.

How was your experience at TMI Sports Medicine?

I absolutely loved TMI, I was close with both of my PT’s that pushed me to get better and back healthy.

What are your future goals?

My future goals are to play in the pros and to be a part of a 40 man roster, I also plan to be a high school or college baseball coach.
