What was the hardest part about coming back from your injury?
The hardest part of coming back from my injury has been realizing it takes lots of time to get back to full strength. I had to trust the process of working my way back again and wait on it.
What was the best part about going through this?
The best part about going through the rehab has been the encouragement and support that has helped me push myself harder to be the best version of me as possible.
Who is your role model?
My role model is my Dad because he works so hard so that I can pursue and follow my athletic dreams. He has shown me the characters of diligence and perseverance and that life and being a man is about doing the hard things.
Any advice you would give to other people trying to rehab from their injuries?
My advice to others in rehab would be to take it seriously and not blow it off.
How was your experience at TMI Sports Medicine?
My experience at TMI has been incredible. Being around the professionals there has even given me aspirations to pursue a career in sports medicine/rehab. The staff challenges me to work hard and equips me to do so.
What are your future goals?
My future goals are to play baseball at the collegiate level and pursue a degree in kinesiology and sports medicine. Above all, I want to be the man God has called me to be and pursue His plans for my life.
