What was the hardest part about coming back from your injury?
The hardest part about coming back from my injury was being patient and realizing that it would take time before I would be back at full strength.
What was the best part about going through this?
The best part about going through this is getting to see how much stronger and faster you get and seeing the improvement in such a short amount of time.
Who is your role model?
My Role model is Inky Ajanaku because she is an incredible athlete, a remarkable student and has overcome so much adversity in her 4 years at Stanford! And to finally win a national championship which was so deserving was amazing! (Volleyball player at Stanford)
Any advice you would give to other people trying to rehab from their injuries?
My advice would be, you can't just do your exercises at PT, if you want to get better you have to be working at home, at school and whenever you have time.
How was your experience at TMI Sports Medicine?
My experience at TMI was great! Everyone their cares so much about the athletes and helping them to get back on the court as quick and healthy as possible!
What are your future goals?
In the future, I plan to play college volleyball and win a national championship. Go to medical school to be an orthopedic surgeon and own a bunch of puppies!
