Rangers’ Shin-Soo Choo undergoes surgery on left shoulder, is expected to be ready for start of spring training
Sporting a sling, Rangers outfielder-DH Shin-Soo Choo appeared on KKDA-730 AM, the Korean language radio station, this week to discuss his 2019 season, the team’s outlook for 2020 and explain the cause of the sling: What he described as a minor surgery that should take about six-to-eight weeks for recovery. The procedure was an AC joint debridement, which shaves down some damaged cartilage and addresses arthritic issues.
