Detroit Tigers pitcher to undergo knee surgery in Texas: 4 notes
Keith Meister, MD, a Texas-based orthopedic surgeon, will perform knee surgery on Detroit Tigers' pitcher Matt Moore, according to a Detroit Free Press report.
Mr. Moore injured his knee during a game against the Royals on April 6. He plans to undergo knee surgery on Wednesday and there isn't a timetable for recovery.
