Biography

Haley Girard is a Physician Assistant at TMI Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Surgery who provides care for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions. She works closely with the physicians to evaluate injuries, develop treatment plans, and help guide patients through recovery so they can safely return to their daily activities and athletic pursuits.

A native of Amarillo, Texas, Haley attended West Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology while competing as a member of the women’s soccer team. Her experience as a collegiate athlete helped shape her interest in sports medicine and injury recovery.

Haley went on to complete her Physician Assistant training at the University of Florida in Gainesville, with her clinical training based in Tampa, Florida.

She joined TMI Sports Medicine in 2023, where she works alongside Dr. Tariq Hendawi, helping care for patients with sports injuries and orthopedic conditions using both surgical and non-surgical treatment approaches.

Outside of the clinic, Haley assists with local high school football game coverage and the WNBA Dallas Wings, reflecting her continued passion for athletics and sports medicine. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, baking, and staying active through sports.
