Biography

Whitney Wendt is an experienced orthopedic Physician Assistant who provides care for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and sports-related conditions. At TMI Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Surgery, she works closely with the physicians to evaluate injuries, coordinate treatment plans, and guide patients through recovery so they can safely return to their normal activities.

Originally from Lockhart, Texas, Whitney pursued her education on the East Coast. She earned her degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from Ithaca College in New York before completing her Physician Assistant training at Seton Hall University in New Jersey.

Whitney has been working alongside Dr. Keith Meister for more than a decade, serving as his Physician Assistant and helping care for patients with shoulder, elbow, and sports-related orthopedic injuries. Her role allows her to combine her lifelong passion for baseball with her dedication to helping patients recover from orthopedic conditions.

Through her work at TMI Sports Medicine, Whitney assists in the evaluation and treatment of athletes and active individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options while supporting their recovery process.

Outside of the clinic, Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband and their young son.
