Dr. Niedermeier was very professional in explaining procedure. He answered my questions. He introduced his assistant and said who would be calling to schedule out patient procedure. He was friendly and did not rush me.

Dr. Niedermeier’s medical assistant Iesia (I hope I spelled her name correctly) is awesome!! She was so good at removing my stitches from my hand and even praised me for being so brave (which helped me with my wife being there looking on lol). I told her that I looked forward to having her doing that again with my other hand. Who does that???

Not gonna lie, this is one office I enjoy coming to Staff is friendly and competent. Doctors seem to like each other and staff likes and respects them. I highly recommend them and have told several people that they are my pick. And I don’t recommend lightly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Niedermeier for a couple months now due to an unexpected surgery that he performed. He is patient, listens to my concerns and is knowledgeable in his field. I had some follow up questions after some check ups and his staff / him were very responsive.

I was seen by Dr. Niedermeier and immediately was put at ease with the condition I was being seen for. He was excellent! He was kind , patient, knowledgeable, and he took time to listen and answer all of my questions and any concerns I had during my visit . Dr. Niedermeier quickly diagnosed my problem and explained my options in easily understandable terms. His surgical procedure was almost free of pain or discomfort and he told me what I could expect post surgery. I would highly recommend consulting him for problems in his areas of expertise.

Dr. Niedermeier is a great surgeon. He came recommended to me by a friend who had carpel tunnel surgery performed by him. Highly skilled, yet very personable and patient with any questions. My own surgery went well and my hand is so much better than before the surgery. I highly recommend him.

My father-in-law had a great experience at North Texas Ortho. He said the staff was amazing from the moment he arrived to the moment he departed. Dr Niedermeier did an amazing job at communicating the issues I had, what treatments were needed, and aftercare, all with no bull or fluff added. He really appreciated the honesty and the level of care he received!

I've seen numerous doctors trying to figure out why I hurt. He was the first I’ve seen not to only just tell me what’s going on or what they see or don’t see. He walked me through my X-rays, mri’s, and ultrasound. To show me not only where the problems are but how it’s supposed to look and and how to fix them. Even say a previous mri that a different doctor said there’s nothing there. And in fact there was. It’s a relief to find someone that takes the time to actually try and figure out what’s going on.

Dr. Steven Niedermeier is the best surgeon. He is patient, kind , caring and honest. He was my surgeon last year for my right shoulder and he will be my surgeon for my left shoulder this year. I can’t say enough good things about him. I highly recommend him. Sincerely Brenda B.

Dr Neidermeier and staff were AMAZING on every front! My son broke his arm out of state and they got him in immediately as he returned home. The front office was great, the doctor saw him quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent bedside manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office and Dr N for sure!!

Dr. Niedermeier was wonderful!! He walked in, asked about my problem, and did some thing. He IMMEDIATELY knew what was wrong!! I was amazed. He gave me a shot (he walked me through that and even warned me about a “pop” that was coming) and I was on my way. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Excellent surgeon- highly skilled and great follow up care. Dr. Niedermeier also really cares about his patients! He checked in several times after surgery and before discharge to make sure pain meds were as they should be. He really listens and answered all our questions clearly. He was the bright spot when my husband broke his hip and needed surgery to repair it and throughout his recovery. Sorry to have had a broken hip,but so very blessed to have Dr Niedermeier for his excellent and encouraging care.

I've had a lot of doctors in my life and quite a few have been orthos. Dr. Niedermeier is my favorite. Surgery went great and I love that he talks to his patients in our language and not doctor talk. Makes things easy to understand so you can make decisions. Surgery center and physical therapists also raved about him. And rightfully so. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Neidermeier is caring and thorough with me. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and makes sure i am comfortable with all that is discussed in the visit before I leave. I know that he cares about me as a patient AND a person.

I was very impressed with Dr. Niedermeier's prompt response to my inquiry on the patient portal followed the next morning by staff calling me to establish an appointment. Dr. Neidermeier was collaborative in providing me detailed information, recommendations, and options for treatment. I was also impressed with the referral process for diagnostic imaging. I have felt confident in the care that I have been receiving.

Dr. Niedermeier is one of the best ortho docs I’ve ever seen (based on over 30 years and dozens of practices across the country). Love this guy. Super thorough and competent, no nonsense, but with a great bed side manner. Rare combination.

Dr N is just awesome! He listens to you, takes time with you and believes in a conservative approach first; if and /or when that doesn’t work, he takes the next step. I have had both rotator cuffs repaired in one year with him and I’m glad I did. Too bad all PCP’s aren’t as great as this entire team!

Dr. Niedermeier was cordial, knowledgeable, informative, and professional. He seemed deep and wide in his knowledge and clearly explained the contributing factors contributing to my hand issues and the treatment plan. The time Dr. Niedermeier spent with me was not hurried and seemed appropriate. Check-in and check-out were both quick with knowledgeable, efficient personnel. I give both Dr. Niedermeier and North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center my highest recommendation. My only issue is how far out I had to make this appointment and the follow-up appointment.

Dr Niedermeier is in the right place along side all the competent, excellent doctors at North Texas Orthopedics and Spine. He's friendly yet professional and an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend him for any hand problem you may have. He's great!

The facility was clean when I walked. I was greeted promptly. My wait time was very minimal. My appointment was at 8:20 am and I was finished by 8:45 am. This was excellent considering I was a first time patient. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Niedermayer wa excellent.

My thumb was partially amputated back in August and Dr. Niedermeier was able to reattach it. He did a great job because my thumb actually looks like thumb again. Thanks so much Dr. Niedermeier, for you and your professional staff.

Had a little accident and had to go to the ER. Thankfully DR. Niedemeier was there to get me back in shape with expert clavicle surgery. I am not a doctor however, I have seen alot of injuries and stories of experiences from them. I can say that I am very pleased with the quality of service that I have received from DR. By far the best staff I have ever dealt with when it comes to medical practices. Furthermore, I would like to say that if you have any ortho needs, GO SEE DR. NEIDERMEIER. He treats you like family and his primary concern is to get you better and moving again. If you want a Dr who gives you fluff and uses big medical terms I'm sure he can but, he doesn't. He is a straight shooter and honest. He will also lay out the recovery plan and answer any questions anytime. 11/10 I would recommend if you want a doc who is like family.

I've seen Dr Niedermeier several times for tendonitis in my left wrist. Between the 2 locations, it was easy to schedule my visit and I appreciate him taking time each visit so I am able to ask questions. Made me feel comfortable with the path of how to treat my wrist. Highly recommend!

Dr. Niedermayer was excellent! He fixed my dislocated finger on the spot, even though the folks in the ER said I would likely need surgery. He honored my request to do the adjustment without pain medication and still managed to make it as pain free as possible. The entire practice is excellent. I had no trouble getting an emergency appointment, no wait time, and never felt rushed with the doc.

Dr. Niedermeier took a challenging hand injury and did a fantastic job. I would recommend him to anyone! He cares about his patients and is going to do everything possible to help patients recover. When you experience quality care, you recognize it immediately and that is what you will experience every step of the way with Dr. Niedermeier and his staff.

Dr Niedermeier has the best bedside demeanor, he explains what to expect from surgery and the plan in detail. He’s transparent and includes the patient and family in the surgical plan from pre-op, surgery, post op, to follow up recovery. Very detail oriented/precise, you know you’re getting only the best care.

Dr N was great. Dr N performed hand surgery 4/23 and due to restraining my whole arm, bursitis flared up in my shoulder. Dr N was able to address it with X-rays and then an injection, to help with the pain. So very grateful he was able to see me and take care of the problem.

I am so very fortunate that I found Dr. Neidermeier. I had hand surgery a year ago and things didn’t work out well, when I went looking for help from other surgeons no one would help. This man is the most honest, relaxed and everything turned out perfect, Thank you!!!!!

A Short Recovery was Especially Important to this Patient At the educational seminar presented by Dr. Niedermeier, the more she learned about this technique the more excited she got. “When I learned about the short recovery time, which put a lot of my worries to rest, I thought, let’s just get this done. So, we scheduled the procedure for both wrists pretty quickly.”

I had the BEST experience with Dr. Niedermeier! I came in concerned about my injury and left with relief! The appointment was very informative. I felt extremely comfortable. Dr. Niedermayer is an amazing surgeon who truly listens when you have questions or concerns. He performed two very successful surgeries on me. I would travel across town if necessary to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Niedermayer came and very patiently listened to my history. Which I have always felt is key to treating a patient. Once he heard the entire history he gave me some additional information to add. Then we discussed and agreed on a course of action. At no time did the doctor treat me as unknoledgeable about what was happening or push me into something that I did not want. A fine doctor. I'll see him again if I have any other problems.

Had a revision done for a failed wrist fusion earlier this year. Dr. Niedermeier did an excellent job surgically correcting a complicated fracture that I had spent two years and three surgeries elsewhere trying to get resolved and with no luck. He was refreshingly knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, positive, and personable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing hand/wrist treatment.

Dr. Niedermeier is a super intelligent doctor who investigates all the potential avenues for treatment of the specific problem that brought you to his office. He has treated my various orthopedic problems with physical therapy, steroid shots, and a few surgeries. All the outcomes have been outstanding. He is also a very nice, caring human being.
