About Lillian Ross
Biography
A Texas native, Lily grew up in Granbury, where she participated in volleyball, basketball, softball, and marching band throughout high school. Her passion for sports, along with a personal injury that introduced her to the benefits of physical therapy, inspired her to pursue a career helping others return to the activities they enjoy.
Lily earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Abilene Christian University, where she was a proud member of the Big Purple Marching Band. She later completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
After completing her final clinical rotation at TMI Sports Medicine, Lily joined the practice in 2022 as a full-time physical therapist. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages and activity levels recover from injury, return to sports and daily activities, and achieve their personal goals through individualized care.
Lily lives in the DFW area with her husband, Brennan, and their Goldendoodle, Dolly. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys exercising, watching college sports, traveling, spending time with family, and participating in recreational sports leagues.
